By accessing or using MoveMate Trucks’ rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
To rent a truck from MoveMate Trucks, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle rented.
Provide valid payment information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter.
MoveMate Trucks reserves the right to deny service to any individual at its discretion.
Rental rates are outlined at the time of booking and may vary based on demand and availability.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Late fees, cleaning fees, and damage charges may be applied as necessary.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the rental period to qualify for a refund.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking fee.
Renters are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.
MoveMate Trucks may offer optional insurance plans at an additional cost.
MoveMate Trucks is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our vehicles.
The rental vehicle may not be used for illegal activities.
Unauthorized drivers are prohibited from operating the vehicle.
The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or towing unless explicitly agreed upon.
In case of a breakdown, contact MoveMate Trucks immediately for assistance.
All accidents must be reported to law enforcement and MoveMate Trucks as soon as possible.
MoveMate Trucks reserves the right to terminate rental agreements and refuse service if any of the terms are violated.
MoveMate Trucks may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
